A balanced and gently spiced, easy-like-Sunday-morning pale ale.
Colour: Golden, hazy orange sunset.
Aroma: Kumquats, fresh flowers.
Palate: Tangerine, rich malt.
Finish: Citrusy, resiny, hoppy loveliness.
Hops: Simcoe, Chinook, Magnum, Summit.
Pairings: Sourdough pizza, fried foods, fragrant curries, falafel.

Shelf life: Long - The foil bag contained within the keg allows for a much longer shelf life than a normal beer keg, even when connected 6- 8 weeks.
