THE SMALL PRINT

  1. We adhere to www.drinkaware.co.uk recommendations and guidelines. We always check with, and adhere to, the venue’s special requests, for example requiring the use of plastic cups. We don’t serve alcohol to under-18s, and anyone without ID may have their drink confiscated. We ID people who look under 25, and only accept Passport and Driving Licence as acceptable forms of ID. 

  2. We have full Public Liability and Employers Liability insurance. Copies of this can be supplied upon request.

  3. Unless agreed in writing (ie via Email) if providing the bar service in addition to the bar equipment we will solely be required to serve drinks from behind our bar. This means that any other item which requires serving during the event will not be attended to by National Mobile Bars staff.

  4. If any of Our Terms & Conditions are broken the event Booker may be liable to cessation of providing our service.

  5. Prices are correct at time and date of printing. Errors and Omissions excluded.

  6. Our staff should be working in an area with an acceptable working environment, including being in a dry location at an acceptable temperature. In extreme circumstances should this stop being apparent they reserve the right to discontinue providing the relevant service.

  7. We do not tolerate any form of abuse whilst working and will report all incidents to the relevant authorities.

  8. For standard bar rentals we arrive at least 2 hours before service begins, and although it does not take us that long to set up this ensures any last minute issues are ironed out before service begins. When we leave our base we factor in potential delays; this ensures that bad traffic etc. is nearly never an issue. However if events outwith our control occur we cannot be held responsible, and will always do our utmost to ensure our service is provided to the standard you would expect. We confirm delivery dates and times prior to the event.

  9. As you will appreciate when we provide a stocked and staffed mobile bar it is impossible for us to supply an infinite amount of each product, so please be aware that it is inevitable that we will run out of products at any function, however we do provide a wide range of products to ensure you will always have a good selection of drinks.

  10. We can never guarantee the availability of any particular product unless paid for in advance.

  11. Our brand new Dispensers and accessories come with a full 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Making alterations, renting out or otherwise allowing the use of the Dispenser to third parties will invalidate your warranty.

  12. For your convenience and training purposes we may record telephone calls and online chat conversations, in addition to emails.

  13. We will hold on to customer equipment for up to one month. If we cannot contact the customer or return customer equipment for any reason after this period we may be required dispose of their goods.

  14. Should we be required to travel through the London Congestion Zone to reach the delivery area we reserve the right to forward this cost to the customer.

  15. For the primary purpose of staff and equipment safety and security we may record the event where our staff are present. By booking with us a staffed bar you agree to allow this to take place.

  16. Should we attempt an equipment delivery or collection and we cannot do this successfully due to no answer at the property or no access available at the property we reserve the right to charge a Redelivery/Recollection Charge of £79 plus VAT to cover costs of returning at a later date.

  17. On rare occasions due to Licensing or Police interventions we will may be able to go ahead with providing our service at your event. On these circumstances we will refund your payment minus the costs accrued by us.

  18. In the unlikely event you are required to cancel a booking, deposits and other payments are non-returnable. Any event cancellations must be made in writing, via email or recordered delivery via post.

  19. In the unlikely event that we attend a location and are not able to provide the service for reason outside of our control, no refund will be due nor will we be able to return at a later date. For example attending an event that has been postponed without us having been notified in writing of the postponement.

  20. We require access as near as possible to our designated set-up area; if no parking suitable for a van is nearby this may delay the set-up and therefore start of our service time.

  21. In the event of hired equipment being kept for longer than the agreed upon time (except in the event of us being required to collect at a later date than the hire end date) you will be charged our standard hire charge for the additional hire time. Charges are available upon request.

  22. It is the responsibility of the equipment hirer to keep the equipment in a good and safe condition until it has been recollected by us, regardless of collection date and time.

  23. Should a rental be returned to us later than agreed upon, the additional time the equipment has been kept for will be subject an additional charge at the standard rental rate.

  24. By giving us your details you allow us to provide you with occasional offers that may be of interest to you. If you'd prefer not to receive this, just let us know and we will not add you to our mailing list. We never share your details with anyone else.

  25. In the unlikely event of a payment being made to the customer to incorrect card details or bank account details and the fault is that of the customer, we reserve the right to charge £45+VAT to cover some of the cost of our time spent recifying the payment.

  26. By paying by debit or credit card, you authorize a Continuous Payment Authority to us to ensure the correct amount(s) are debited from your account. These details are held securely. This means when further items are ordered from us (such as Table Wine or additional rental equipment), or a refund is due such as a Deposit, we can process this promptly and efficiently.

  27. We do not charge anything for any specific method of payment. We accept all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express.

  28. We do not accept cash.

  29. Bookings are only confirmed when payment has been made in full.

  30. Our standard Equipment Hire Tariff is subject to change without notice. Our prices generally rise annually in line with inflation.

  31. By paying your deposit, rental payment or other booking payment you agree to the Terms & Conditions which we operate under.

  32. Unless agreed in writing, when providing our service during an event that has commenced prior to our agreed beginning of Service Times, we are only required to set up our bar(s) just before our Service Time commences.

  33. We are proud to be the UK's biggest mobile bar supplier. To clarify, this means that we can supply the UK's biggest mobile bar.

  34. Brand new electrical equipment purchases come with a full 12 month parts only warranty as standard. In the unlikely event of a fault appearing to develop the product must be sent back to our warehouses for us to investigate the apparent fault. We can tell you which address to send to upon request. If the equipment is faulty we will promptly return the item to the manufacturer in Europe to fix and will resend this to you as soon as it returns to us. If no fault is found after testing we reserve the right to charge a fee for testing and resending the product of up to £95+VAT in addition to delivery costs.

  35. Brand new electrical equipment warranties will be invalidated if any alterations are made to the equipment, the Dispenser casing is removed or the equipment has been used by any third party (such as renting out equipment).

  36. Any equipment delivered that is ordered over our online shop with delivery to locations outside mainline UK will be subject to a further charge to cover the additional delivery cost. We will notify you if this occurs.

  37. Typical delivery times of equipment purchased from us is 7 working days when in stock. If you require a delivery sooner let us know and we will do our best to assist.

  38. Any equipment delivery must be checked upon delivery and any damage or fault notified to the driver upon receipt. National Mobile Bars and the equipment courier cannot be held liable for any damage or fault notified to us after this takes place.

  39. Any customs charges payable at country borders will solely be due to be paid by the customer. This should be noted if ordering equipment for delivery outside of the U.K.

  40. We reserve the right to refuse any booking or sale request without providing reason.
