The PortaPint Nitro Infuser is an external nitro infusion module designed to add nitrogen to compatible kegged drinks such as espresso martini cocktails and cold brew coffee.
Designed for use with compatible PortaPint and Lindr draught dispensers with a built-in air compressor, the module uses nitrogen taken from the surrounding atmosphere and introduces it into the product before dispense.
When used with a suitable nitro or creamer tap, the system helps create the fine bubbles, cascading appearance and creamy foam associated with nitro cocktails and cold brew coffee.
The PortaPint Nitro Infusion Module provides a way to add nitro capability to a compatible existing PortaPint or Lindr dispenser rather than purchasing a dedicated Nitro+ machine.

Product suitability should always be confirmed before connecting it to the system.
The nitro system takes nitrogen from the surrounding atmosphere, meaning a separate nitrogen gas cylinder is not required specifically for the infusion process.
The module must be used with a compatible dispenser featuring the required built-in air compressor.
The Nitro Infuser is designed for use with compatible PortaPint and Lindr draught dispensers fitted with a built-in air compressor.
Compatibility should be checked before ordering, particularly if using an older or different dispenser model.
The module features 3/8" inlet and outlet connections, allowing it to be integrated into compatible draught dispense pipework.
A 3/8" Y-piece adaptor is included with the module for connection to the compatible air supply.
A suitable nitro, stout or creamer tap is required to achieve the intended dispense effect.
The restriction created by the correct tap works with the nitrogen-infused product to produce the characteristic cascading effect and creamy head.
Nitro tap is sold separately and is not included with the infusion module.
The PortaPint Nitro Infuser is particularly useful for dispensing compatible kegged Espresso Martini cocktails.
Nitrogen infusion helps create the foamed finish normally associated with a freshly prepared Espresso Martini while allowing the cocktail to be served through a draught dispense system.
The final result will depend on the cocktail formulation, temperature, dispense setup and level of infusion.
The module can also be used for nitro cold brew coffee, adding nitrogen to compatible kegged cold brew before it reaches the dispense tap.
When dispensing cold brew through a refrigerated PortaPint or Lindr dispenser, ensure the cooler is set to a suitable temperature. Setting the cooling temperature too low may cause coffee or other non-alcoholic products to freeze within the system.
Dispenser, keg coupler, pipework, kegged product and nitro/creamer tap are not included unless otherwise stated.
This module is designed for use with compatible PortaPint or Lindr dispensers featuring a built-in air compressor.
It is not a standalone drinks dispenser. A compatible cooler/dispenser, suitable keg setup, connecting pipework and appropriate nitro/creamer tap are required to create a complete dispense system.
