Braybrooke Keller Lager – 4.8% ABV

Kellerbier, meaning “cellar beer”, is a traditional German lager style that Braybrooke discovered on its travels to Bamberg. This 4.8% lager is brewed with imported German malt, Tettnang hops and fresh lager yeast grown in Bavaria. Softened brewing water contributes to its smooth mouthfeel.

Traditionally Brewed and Lagered

Braybrooke uses a decoction mash, low and slow fermentation, and at least 30 days of lagering in tank. Natural carbonation and a full-bodied, complex flavour make this Kellerbier a refreshing choice on its own or alongside food.

30L Polykeg for Draught Dispense

Supplied in a 30L Polykeg with an internal bag, this lager requires a compatible Sankey S-type coupler. Polykegs can be dispensed using different gas types, including compressed air, and work with Lindr and PortaPint draught dispensers.

When stored correctly, it typically keeps for 6–8 weeks once connected. Recycle the deflated keg responsibly after use.
