Anonymous Hazy IPA – 30L KeyKeg | White Label Brewing
Anonymous Hazy IPA by White Label Brewing is a 4.5% ABV hazy session IPA supplied in a 30 litre KeyKeg, brewed with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops for a fruit-forward combination of citrus, mango and stone fruit flavours.
Naturally hazy and vegan-friendly, Anonymous can be supplied under the White Label Brewing name or used as a white label beer with optional custom branding, making it suitable for pubs, bars, events, festivals and venues looking to offer their own branded draught craft beer.
30L KeyKeg Hazy IPA
Anonymous is supplied in a 30 litre KeyKeg, providing approximately 52 UK pints before normal dispense losses.
KeyKeg packaging uses an internal bag to keep the beer separated from the pressure source. As the keg is dispensed, pressure is applied around the bag rather than directly to the beer.
This makes the 30L KeyKeg particularly useful for portable draught systems and venues where conventional steel keg dispense may not be practical.
Hazy Session IPA – 4.5% ABV
At 4.5% ABV, Anonymous is brewed as an approachable session-strength Hazy IPA.
The combination of Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops provides a fruit-led hop profile with notes including:
- Citrus
- Mango
- Tropical fruit
- Stone fruit
The beer is unfiltered to retain its characteristic haze, with a smooth mouthfeel and balanced bitterness.
Optional Custom Beer Branding
Anonymous can be supplied with optional custom branding, allowing businesses and events to offer a draught Hazy IPA under their own name or brand.
White label beer can be particularly useful for:
- Pubs and bars
- Restaurants
- Hotels
- Event venues
- Festivals
- Weddings
- Corporate events
- Golf clubs
- Sports venues
- Mobile bars
- Hospitality companies
Alternatively, the beer can be served as Anonymous by White Label Brewing without custom branding.

Ingredients
Ingredients: Water, Barley, Oats, Wheat, Hops (Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe), Yeast
Dietary Information: Vegan
Contains: Barley, Oats and Wheat
KeyKeg Connection
A compatible KeyKeg coupler (K-Type) is required to connect and dispense the 30L KeyKeg.
The coupler and other dispense equipment are not included unless specifically stated.
Can I Dispense the KeyKeg Using Compressed Air?
Yes. Because the beer is contained within an internal bag, compressed air does not come into direct contact with the product.
This makes Anonymous particularly suitable for compatible PortaPint and Lindr dispensers with built-in air compressors, as well as other correctly configured KeyKeg dispense systems.
CO2 or other suitable pressure sources can also be used where the complete KeyKeg system is correctly configured.
Always use appropriate beverage dispense equipment and operate the keg within the manufacturer's specified pressure range.
Shelf Life After Connection
The KeyKeg's internal bag helps protect the beer from the pressure source during dispense, reducing the oxidation associated with introducing compressed air directly into a conventional keg.
Shelf life will still depend on the beer, storage conditions, temperature and dispense hygiene. Always follow the best-before and storage information supplied with the keg rather than relying on a fixed number of weeks after connection.
