Unknown Lager by White Label Brewing is a 4.5% ABV craft lager supplied in a 30 litre KeyKeg, brewed for a clean, crisp and easy-drinking finish.
Made using ultra-soft water with a combination of Pilsner, Vienna, Munich and Carapils malts, Unknown Lager is both vegan and gluten-free. It can be supplied under the White Label Brewing name or used as a white label lager with optional custom branding for pubs, bars, events, venues and hospitality businesses.
Unknown Lager is supplied in a 30 litre KeyKeg, providing approximately 52 UK pints before normal dispense losses.
KeyKeg packaging uses an internal bag to keep the lager separated from the pressure source. As the keg is dispensed, pressure is applied around the bag rather than directly to the beer.
This makes the 30L KeyKeg particularly useful for portable draught systems, events and venues where conventional steel keg dispense may not be practical.

The coupler and other dispense equipment are not included unless specifically stated.
Yes. Because the lager is contained within an internal bag, compressed air does not come into direct contact with the beer.
This makes Unknown Lager particularly suitable for compatible PortaPint and Lindr dispensers with built-in air compressors, as well as other correctly configured KeyKeg dispense systems.
CO2 or another suitable pressure source can also be used where the complete KeyKeg system is correctly configured.
Always use appropriate drinks dispense equipment and operate the keg within the manufacturer's specified pressure range.
The internal KeyKeg bag keeps the lager separated from the pressure source during dispense, reducing the oxidation associated with introducing compressed air directly into a conventional keg.
Shelf life will still depend on storage conditions, temperature, dispense hygiene and the best-before date of the particular keg. Always follow the storage and best-before information supplied with the beer rather than relying on a fixed number of weeks after connection.
