What makes our dispensers different from others?
- No need for gas cylinder for short term use - Steel kegs will go flat after 24 hours when gas isn't used. Keykegs or similar kegs with a bag inside can use the air compressor permanently with no issues.
- No need to fill dispenser with water (unlike most dispensers)
- Just 5 minutes from connecting to pouring ice cold pints (instead of 2-4 hours)
- High quality manufacture, suitable for commercial use, 12 months warranty
- Quiet, stylish, portable, compact design conforming to all UK & EU standards
- Connects to all standard kegs, e.g Carlsberg, Foster's, John Smith's, Strongbow Cider, Heineken, Peroni etc.
Unfortunately, it appears that I ordered the wrong equipment. The pump I ordered is only for beer in the bag. It doesn’t say that in the description it doesn’t say it on the website in fact it particular says that it’s suitable for barrels I assumed I was ordering a beer hand pump and What arrived, wasted two hours trying to understand how it would never work.
I contacted Daniel he was helpful. I returned the pump at my own cost £20 ,not sure I should’ve paid for it. And I’m awaiting a resolution to try and purchase a pump that suits my needs. Unfortunately, the event that I need it for is on the 12th of June and things move very slowly with you.
Overall disappointed but probably my own mistake but please read the information on your website it’s misleading
