Ordered beer pump for my home pub.Pump arrived but drip tray was damaged in transit.
Took pictures and sent e mail to National bars Ltd.
Had quick response and new tray ordered and delivered within two days.Everyone I spoke to were great. Will be ordering more equipment from this business.
Quick great service, delivery speedy and fantastic product all round great company and would recommend
I fitted this into our recently created Cellar Bar.
Everything you need to get going is in the box the beer box tap attachment worked really well the only issue I had was the Mahogany base was a lot deeper in colour than it looked on the website but other wise very well made I did replace the black handle with a vintage porcelain one I had been given which fitted easily
Very helpful. Speedy service and even after delivery happy to talk me through the steps I needed to take. Highly recommended
Great service from these guys, really helpful on the phone, great product and very fast delivery.
Overall happy but they didn’t sent the adapter to connect the gas hoses to the Lindr. Otherwise great. 👍
Very responsive and professional. I bought our Single Tap Beer Dispenser, and by the end of the day we had it working. I would definitely recommend.
Tasted nice, was concerned it was hazy so changed pipes and cleaned out the unit, remained hazy so must just be the type of beer it is.
Dislike nadda and likes everything about this brewing company and products ingredients
Our festival is not till the 5th of September but we have tried it at Braybrooke Brewery earlier in the year. This is the reason for ordering it as they gave your company as stocking it.
Not had a chance to set it up yet but all seems to be fine
Not had a chance to use them yet but looks exactly what I needed
Fast delivery, great product that everyone needs if you have a beer pump
Such an easy company to deal with. Speed of order and receipt of goods is perfect. Communication post order for additional requirements is seamless you're made to feel like you matter.
Easy to use, does what it says on the tin!
Super fantastic working well temperature is perfect and very chocolaty we are very pleased with the product results and look forward to working with you in future projects regards from badger and Ryan’s brewers
Went down a storm at my wifes birthday party - highly recommend!
Unfortunately this time the keg arrived with just 1 month left before the Best Before Date and the IPA was flat and didn’t taste right (Kegged On Date was 11 months prior to delivery).
Never heard back from Brewdog.
Disappointed and won’t be ordering again
Loving it, brilliant set up money well spent and fast delivery many thanks 👍
